The stones used in our pieces are all 100% natural stones and sourced from conflict-free area around the world, certificates can be purchased on request.

Evaluation certificate for this item can be purchased upon request. An authentic certificate from http://www.jewelleryvaluations.com.au can be purchased on request. This paperwork is issued by a 3rd party and can be requested in either Australia Dollars or US dollars, please note your preference in the notes of your order should you wish to purchase one.

Payment Plans:
Yes we accept payment plans. It can be a weekly or monthly payment plan with a minimum of 25% for the initial order. After this there is no minimum repayment. Once the final payment is made, your order will be shipped out. Shipping will be charged in the final payment.

For both yours and our peace of mind we have included tracking in all our postage options. However, it is strongly recommended to purchase extra cover such as sign on delivery or insurance when you are purchasing higher priced items.
Expected delivery:
Local courier post - between 2~5 days depending on location.
Standard international air mail - between 7 to 18 days depending on country.
Express international air mail - between 4 to 7 days depending on country.
International courier - Approximately 3~5 days depending on country
